Option 1: Do it yourself

Enjoy being the grill master? This option is just for you! You can rent our grill with the purchase of a hog and let your guests marvel at what a great chef you are. With this grill, it couldn't be easier! Just cook for about six hours and insert a meat thermometer in the shoulder of the hog to see if its done!
The grill rents for $200.00 plus tax. A $100.00 Cash security deposit is also required and is refundable when the grill is returned. The price of a federally inspected hog I $1.80 Lb based upon market price, and is subject to change. Stuffing is $3.99Lb - approx 18-22lbs to stuff 100lb hog.
Total Option Price based on 100lb hog - $380.00 Plus tax on grill rental only.

 

Option 2: We roast the hog &

You pick it up

We roast the hog to perfection for you. You pick it up in a stainless steal coffin and take the whole hog home to carve for your guest. All the goodness without the grill duty.
The cost is $300.00 plus the cost of the hog plus tax. A $50.00 deposit is also required for the hog coffin. It is refundable upon the return of the clean coffin on the day after your event.
Total option based on a 100lb hog $480.00 Plus tax on entire package.

 

Option 3: You Cook We Carve

You get to enjoy the tantalizing aroma of roasting a hog, and then get to sit back, relax and eat with your guests while one of our employees professionally carves your hog while you watch. When your event is over, you clean the grill and bring it back the next day. Let us carve an additional $150.00 added to option one.

 

Option 4: We do it all

Sit back, relax, and enjoy your guest while we tend to the grilling. You will smell the aroma as the hog is being cooked for you and watch as we carve the moist hand basted pork dinner for you and your guests. We bring the grill and take it back and clean it too! You don't have to touch anything! You can also have us stuff the hog, inject and rub the hog with seasonings at no charge. The cost is $595.00 plus the cost of the hog. Tax & gratuity not included in price.
Total Option Price based on 100lb hog $855.00 with stuffing, and $775.00 with no Stuffing
